Countryside Inn Couscous
- 14 12 ounces chicken broth
- 14 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 12 cup pine nuts
- 14 dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package couscous, approx. 1 2/3 Cups
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except couscous and parsley.
- Bring to boil over high heat.
- Stir in couscous.
- Remove from heat and cover.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
