Strawberry Fields

• 4 strawberries, 3 quartered
• 1/2 tarragon sprig
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• Ice
• 2 ounces blanco tequila
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the quartered strawberries with the tarragon and Simple Syrup.
2. Add ice and the tequila and lemon juice and shake well.
3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the whole strawberry.
