Amazing Natural Protein Power Bars
- 12 teaspoon cardamom
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup chopped dates
- 1 cup egg white
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats (toasting, opt)
- 14 tablespoons protein powder (6 scoops)
- Preheat oven to 200.
- Coat medium size baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix oats, egg whites, and milk togther in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 6 scoops of your favorite protein powder and mix thoroughly.
- Add dates, flax seeds, and peanut butter then mix well.
- Add salt, cinnamon, and cardamom and mix thyoroughly.
- Pour the batter into baking pan and cook for 30-60 minutes or until you reach the desired moisture level.
- Remove from oven and place in refrigerator to cool.
- Cut into 9 equally sized bars.
