Oreo Road Ice Cream

• 2 litres slightly softened vanilla ice-cream
• 10 OREO* Chocolate Creme Cookies, roughly chopped
• 1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
• 1/3 cup chopped marshmallows

1. Mix together the ice-cream, chopped Oreo* biscuits, nuts, and marshmallows.
2. Freeze covered until required.
