Liver Dumplings Recipe
- 4 raw chicken livers, minced fine
- 1 sm. onion, minced sm.
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 2 c. flour (or possibly more to make a little stiff)
- Mix all together thoroughly.
- Drop by teaspoonsful into salted boiling water.
- Cook about 20 min or possibly till done; it will rise to the top.
