Fruit Salsa Bruschetta
- 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup finely chopped mango
- 1/4 cup seeded, finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 12 (1/2-inch) slices baguette, cut diagonally
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, cut in half lengthwise
- Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl; set aside.
- Brush baguette slices lightly on both sides with melted butter; place onto grill.
- Grill until browned.
- Turn bread slices; top each bread slice with 1 piece cheese.
- Continue grilling until cheese begins to melt.
- Remove toasts from grill; top each with heaping tablespoon of salsa.
- Serve immediately.
