Fruit Salsa Bruschetta

  1. Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl; set aside.
  3. Brush baguette slices lightly on both sides with melted butter; place onto grill.
  4. Grill until browned.
  5. Turn bread slices; top each bread slice with 1 piece cheese.
  6. Continue grilling until cheese begins to melt.
  7. Remove toasts from grill; top each with heaping tablespoon of salsa.
  8. Serve immediately.
