Sausage And Cheese Brunch Tarts Recipe
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 - 3 tbsp. boiling water
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. green onion
- 1/2 c. colby or possibly cheddar cheese, shredded
- Grease muffin tins.
- Mix Bisquick, butter and boiling water till all ingredients are moistened.
- Spread proportionately in muffin tins, bottom and sides.
- Fry sausage and drain well.
- Divide proportionately among prepared crusts.
- Mix lowfat milk, egg and thinly sliced green onion.
- Divide mix among the tins.
- Sprinkle each with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Yield: 12 tarts.
