Bah Kut Teh Or Chick Kut Teh Recipe

  1. Method:BRING water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add in herbs and chicken or possibly pork ribs.
  3. Allow to boil, then lower the heat and simmer over medium-low flame for one hour or possibly till meat is tender.
  4. Add in seasoning and accompaniments.
  5. Dish into a casserole and garnish with minced spring onions and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve warm with plain rice.
