Blueberry Scones
- 5 cups unbleached flour
- 3-2/3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1-1/2 cup butter, cold, cut into several pieces
- 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup frozen blueberries (mix in frozen)
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
- Mix together milk and eggs; add to butter mixture until dough forms.
- Add blueberries; mix.
- Spoon onto baking sheet, forming about 14 scones.
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
