Homemade Lasagne Recipe

  1. Lightly brown beef and onion in oil.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add in tomatoes (minced), tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic pwdr, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, on low; stir occasionally 20-30 min.
  5. Meanwhile, cook lasagne as directed; drain.
  6. In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, spread 1 c. sauce.
  7. Make alternate layers of lasagne, sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Parmesan, ending with sauce, Mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min till lightly browned and bubbling.
  9. Allow to stand 15 min.
  10. Makes 6-8 servings.
  11. Recipe may be doubled.
  12. Freezes well.
  13. Great for get-togethers and parties.
