Fresh Blueberry Flan

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix flour and sugar in large bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 9-inch flan pan.
  4. Bake 12 min.
  5. or until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk in medium bowl 2 min.
  8. (Pudding will be thick.)
  9. Add Cool Whip, zest and juice; mix well.
  10. Spread onto bottom of crust; top with berries.
  11. Microwave marmalade in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  12. ; stir.
  13. Spoon over berries.
  14. Refrigerate 1 hour
