Southern Sausage Biscuits by Mary Ann Crouch and Jan Stedman

  1. Mix well, roll into tiny balls size of a nickel
  2. Cook at 400F (200C).
  3. for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Drain on a wire rack covered with a paper towel.
  5. May be frozen.
  6. To reheat, bake for 10 minutes at 325F (160C).
