Chicken & Biscuits Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Heat peas, soup, chicken, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, salt and pepper just to boiling in 3 qt saucepan, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix Bisquick and water till soft dough forms.
  5. Roll into ball.
  6. Roll dough on floured board till 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Cut with 2 inch cutter.
  8. Pour chicken mix into 2 qt casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Place biscuits on cheese.
  11. Bake uncovered 20 min.
