Baked Mackerel In BBQ Sauce

• 3 slice mackerel
• 1 cup bbq sauce
• 1 onion
• 2 tbsp grated carrot

1. Fully coat mackerel with bbq sauce then layer few onion ring under snd on top of mackerel
2. BAKED AT 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes basting after 10 minutes till mackerel are cooked and sauce start to thicken
