Grilled Steak With Cabernet / Green Peppercorns Butter

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms,shallots, peppercorns, garlic and wine and simmer until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Let cool, Using a wire whisk, mix in remaining butter Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Chill.
  5. Grill steaks on BBQ to desired doneness, serve a dollop of butter mixture on each.
