A Great Malted

  1. In a blender, pulse all the ingredients on low speed just until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  2. (Don't overblend -- the shake will become too soupy.)
  3. Pour the shake into a soda glass and top with nutmeg or whipped cream, if desired.
