Simple Ginger-flavored Fried Eggplant and Minced Meat

  1. Chop off the stem from the eggplant and slice to 5 mm diagonals.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the minced meat.
  3. When the minced meat from Step 1 is cooked, put the eggplants, and let the eggplants absorb the oil whilst stir frying.
  4. Put all ingredients into Step 2 in order and stir fry until softened.
  5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame to your liking.
  6. It's done.
