lemon dessert
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup crushed pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 8 oz cool whip
- 2 box instant lemon pudding (small)
- 3 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 325
- For the crust: Mix together, graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and pecans.
- Mix well and press into a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
- Let crust cool.
- For the filling: Mix together the sugar, cheese, and half the tub of cool whip.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Beat pudding and milk together until thick.
- Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate until pudding is set (uncovered).
- Spread remaining cool whip over pudding.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
