Slow Cooker Beef Stew
- 1 pound Small White Potatoes Cut In Half
- 1 whole Yellow Onion Cut Into Fourths
- 1 can (14.5 Oz.) Yellow Corn
- 1- 1/2 cup Baby Carrots
- 1- 1/2 pound Beef For Stew
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder (adjust To Taste)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 can (14 Oz.) Beef Broth
- 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce (This Is The Secret Ingredient, But If You Don't Have It, Crushed Tomatoes Will Do)
- In a 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker, add all of the ingredients in the order listed above.
- Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
- Its best to cook at low heat for at least 8 hours to make the beef tender.
- If you have a slow cooker with a removable stoneware insert and youre short on time, you can add the ingredients the night before and put it in the fridge.
- Then take it out of the fridge in the morning, put it in the heating unit/slow cooker and turn it on low.
