Quick Italian Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Flatten each chicken breast to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Add the flour, Parmesan and Italian seasoning to a gallon sized zip top baggie.
  3. Dip the chicken into the vinegar, then toss in the baggie to cover with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat the oil in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Fill the hoagie buns with the chicken, lettuce, mozzarella and spaghetti sauce.
