Summer pizza: Melon, Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce
- 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 6 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese
- Dry Herbs (basil, Parsley, Thyme, Enough For Sprinkling To Taste)
- 1/2 whole Melon (cantaloupe Or Similar)
- 1 cup Mix Salad
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar (in Spray Ideally)
- Put the pizza dough on a pizza stone or pan.
- On top of the dough, spread the tomato sauce and cover with fine slices of mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with dry herbs.
- Put in the oven 10 minutes at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F), or until the mozzarella is completely melted.
- Peel the melon and cut it into fine slices.
- Arrange the melon on top of the pizza, scatter the top with salad, and splash with a little balsamic vinegar.
- Serve immediately.
