Summer pizza: Melon, Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce

  1. Put the pizza dough on a pizza stone or pan.
  2. On top of the dough, spread the tomato sauce and cover with fine slices of mozzarella.
  3. Sprinkle with dry herbs.
  4. Put in the oven 10 minutes at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F), or until the mozzarella is completely melted.
  5. Peel the melon and cut it into fine slices.
  6. Arrange the melon on top of the pizza, scatter the top with salad, and splash with a little balsamic vinegar.
  7. Serve immediately.
