Pecan Raisin Cookies Recipe

• 3 beaten Large eggs
• 1 c. raisins
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. corn oil butter
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. quick oats
• 1 c. minced pecans

1. Soak together the Large eggs, raisins and vanilla for 15 min.
2. Cream together the sugars and the butter.
3. Blend together the two.
4. Then add in the rest of dry ingredients.
5. Roll into small balls, then roll into white sugar.
6. Don't flatten.
7. Bake 8-10 min at 350 degrees.
