Spinach Shells With Salmon Parmesan Tomato and Basil

  1. Heat butter in a medium skillet; add onion; saute 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic; saute 1 minute.
  3. Sir in tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salmon, basil and black pepper to taste.
  5. Meanwhile cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
  6. Drain.
  7. Toss with the salmon sauce.
  8. Serve.
