Saucy Dijon Pork Chop Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (15 oz.) peach slices in juice, undrained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 cups instant white rice, cooked
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 5 min.
- on each side or until browned on both sides.
- Drain peaches, reserving juice.
- Mix juice with dressings and mustard until blended.
- Add peaches and dressing mixture to skillet; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- or until chops are done (145F), and sauce is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 3 min.
- Serve chops over rice; top with sauce.
