Saucy Dijon Pork Chop Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 5 min.
  3. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
  5. Mix juice with dressings and mustard until blended.
  6. Add peaches and dressing mixture to skillet; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
  7. or until chops are done (145F), and sauce is hot and bubbly.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand 3 min.
  10. Serve chops over rice; top with sauce.
