Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 1 roasted red pepper, skins peeled
- 4 roasted onion slices
- 4 clove roasted garlic
- 2 cup rinsed chic peas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse all ingredients in the blender until well incorporated.
- Put in a bowl and cover.
- Serve chilled with crackers or chips or as a sandwich spread.
- Enjoy!
