Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse all ingredients in the blender until well incorporated.
  3. Put in a bowl and cover.
  4. Serve chilled with crackers or chips or as a sandwich spread.
  5. Enjoy!
