Delicious Breakfast Waffles
- 1 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 each egg yolks beaten
- 3 each egg whites beaten stiff
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- Measure dry ingredient into a mixing bowl.
- Combine egg yolks and milk.
- Stir into dry mix.
- stir in oil.
- Carefully fold in egg whites.
- Do not over mix.
- Pour into waffle iron by 23 cupfuls.
- Close iron and bake according to instructions with iron.
- Serve with fresh berries, syrup, and/or whipped cream if needed.
