Delicious Breakfast Waffles

  1. Measure dry ingredient into a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine egg yolks and milk.
  3. Stir into dry mix.
  4. stir in oil.
  5. Carefully fold in egg whites.
  6. Do not over mix.
  7. Pour into waffle iron by 23 cupfuls.
  8. Close iron and bake according to instructions with iron.
  9. Serve with fresh berries, syrup, and/or whipped cream if needed.
