Healthy Raw Nut Crust Banana Cream Pie!
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips (optional for garnish later)
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Prep nut crust first!
- Blend together nuts well and then add in all the other ingredients
- Blend until a dough forms
- Add more almond milk if needed
- Place dough in a pie tray and spread evenly across the tray and around the edges
- Set aside in the freezer and while prepping the filling
- Blend all the filling ingredients well , scrapping the blender on the sides as needed
- Blend until creamy
- Pour creamy mixture on top of pie crust
- You can either sprinkle with dark chcocolate chips or melt and drizzle or both as I did
- Place in freezer for 3-4 hours and thaw 15 mins before serving
