Onion Green Olive Tapenade
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup stuffed green olive
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- 14 teaspoon marjoram
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- white pepper
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft and staring to brown.
- Place in food processor with olives and herbs.Chop until well blended.
- Add vinegar and pepper.
- Process another 10 seconds.
