Sour Cream Cherry Pie

  1. Pour cherries into an unbaked 8" pie shell.
  2. Beat eggs well, add sour cream, sugar and beat until thick.
  3. Add salt, almond extract.
  4. Stir and pour over cherries.
  5. Top with lattice strips and bake on bottom shelf of oven at 400F (200C) for 25 to 35 minutes.
