No Bake Key Lime Pie
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup Key Lime juice
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
- beat cream cheese in mixing bowl with electric hand mixer til fluffy.
- add condensed milk.
- continue to mix til smooth.
- now add key Lime juice.
- Continue mixing until batter starts to thicken.
- Pour batter in pie crust.
- Cover with provided plastic cover from pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Serve
cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice, cracker pie crust
