Shepherd's STOVE TOP Pie

• 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1/2 cup Kraft Onion BarBQ Sauce
• 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
• 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
3. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
4. Combine meat and barbecue sauce; spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spay.
5. Top with vegetables, cheese and stuffing.
6. Bake 15 min.
7. or until heated through.
