Remaking Soft Jams
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 12 teaspoons pectin
- For each cup of jam or jelly, add the above.
- For example if you have 7 cups of jam, add that 7 times.
- Put all in a pot and bring to a hard boil for 1 minute.
- Ladle in hot sterilized jars and put hot lids on jars.
- Enjoy.
