AMIEs Frozen Coffee

  1. Put the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Let it simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Pour in the coffee and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer into a container and let it cool.
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes, or until set.
  6. Stir with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
  7. Return to the freezer and repeat the process again.
  8. Spoon into serving glasses and topped with whipped cream.
  9. Serve, share & enjoy.
