Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 34 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 12 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley
- 1 12 teaspoons honey
- 14 teaspoon chopped chives
- 14 teaspoon minced shallot
- 14 teaspoon minced garlic
- 18 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup canola oil
- Pulse all ingredients , except oil, in a food processor until combined.
- With motor running, add oil in a slow stream and process until combined.
- Season with salt if needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container to store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
