Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Pulse all ingredients , except oil, in a food processor until combined.
  2. With motor running, add oil in a slow stream and process until combined.
  3. Season with salt if needed.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container to store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
