Carl Buddig Cheeseball

  1. Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add your Worcestershire sauce and Accent seasoning.
  2. Mix everything together.
  3. Take the package of the thin sliced corned beef and slice it into strips or chunks or you could even pulverize it in the food processor (my sister-in-law does not however enjoy it this way).
  4. It all depends on how big you like your chunks of meat.
  5. Toss the meat into the cream cheese.
  6. Thinly slice your green onions and pop them in the bowl as well.
  7. Mix her all up and now you can either plop it onto some plastic wrap and make it into a ball, or put it into a bowl sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray so it can easily be inverted onto a plate.
  8. Or you can just skip the spray, keep it in the bowl and serve it from there.
  9. Whatever you choose, just keep it in the fridge overnight, and enjoy the next day!
