Carl Buddig Cheeseball
- 8 ounces, weight Room Temperature Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Accent Seasoning
- 1 package (about 7 Oz. Package) Thinly Sliced Corned Beef Lunchmeat
- 2 sprigs Green Onion
- Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add your Worcestershire sauce and Accent seasoning.
- Mix everything together.
- Take the package of the thin sliced corned beef and slice it into strips or chunks or you could even pulverize it in the food processor (my sister-in-law does not however enjoy it this way).
- It all depends on how big you like your chunks of meat.
- Toss the meat into the cream cheese.
- Thinly slice your green onions and pop them in the bowl as well.
- Mix her all up and now you can either plop it onto some plastic wrap and make it into a ball, or put it into a bowl sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray so it can easily be inverted onto a plate.
- Or you can just skip the spray, keep it in the bowl and serve it from there.
- Whatever you choose, just keep it in the fridge overnight, and enjoy the next day!
