Beverly's Spinach Quiche Recipe

• 1 box minced spinach or possibly broc
• 1/2 x Onion
• 1/2 c. Bell pepper
• 1 c. Cheese
• 3/4 c. Bisquick
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper

1. Spray pam, Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate.
2. Mix rest with mixer to pour over other ingredients.
3. Bake 400 degree for 35 minuutes.
