Beverly's Quiche Recipe

  1. Bake pastry shell at 425 for 10 min.
  2. Cook sausage till done in a skillet.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  5. butter in a skillet and saute/fry onions and bell pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, stir cooked sausage, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers, parsley, basil and garlic pwdr.
  7. In a separate bowl blend mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs and cornstarch till smooth.
  8. Stir sausage mix, egg mix and cheese together.
  9. Pour into baked pastry shell.
  10. Bake at 325 for 50 min.
  11. Yield: 8 servings.
