Easy Chicken Curry Recipe

  1. Poach the chicken pcs in the water for about 20 min, or possibly till tender.
  2. Place all remaining ingredients except water into a large pot and heat.
  3. If too thick, add in 1/2 soup can of water.
  4. Add in chicken to sauce and heat through.
  5. The dish may be served immediately, or possibly left to simmer on a very low flame till you are ready to serve it.
  6. Serve with condiments and pappadams.
  7. Serves 8 persons.
