Pumpkin Gnocchi with Salsa

  1. Boil the pumpkin gnocchi according to the directions on the pack.
  2. Spray a saucepan with oil and saute the onion and bacon for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the wine and salsa, simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the basil.
  4. Serve the cooked gnocchi into serving bowls, spoon over sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
