Ham-Filled Mushroom Caps
- 3 tablespoons cured ham finely diced
- 2 each garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves minced
- 1/2 each red chili peppers dried, seeded
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil fruity
- 12 each mushrooms brushed, caps
- In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil.
- Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish, and bake at 350F (180C) F for 15 minutes.
