Healthy Tacos

  1. Cook meat.
  2. Add taco seasoning until well blended.
  3. In each taco shell, place a generous amount of meat.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese, bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  5. Pull out of oven, top with shredded lettuce, salsa, and sour cream if desired.
  6. Serve with a side of organic corn or other vegetables.
