Healthy Tacos
- 6 taco shells
- 1 lb ground buffalo meat
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning, packet
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- Cook meat.
- Add taco seasoning until well blended.
- In each taco shell, place a generous amount of meat.
- Top with cheddar cheese, bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Pull out of oven, top with shredded lettuce, salsa, and sour cream if desired.
- Serve with a side of organic corn or other vegetables.
