low carb stuff peppers tuna melts

  1. Preheat 350
  2. Wash peppers, cut in half, clean out seeds and remove green stem.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Drain can tuna, place in mixing bowl.
  5. Add all ingredients but swiss cheese.
  6. Mix
  7. Spoon mix into each pepper half and top with swiss cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 mins or golden
