low carb stuff peppers tuna melts
- 2 small Bell pepper any color
- 1 can tuna in water
- 3 tbsp real mayo
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash cumin
- 4 slice Swiss cheese
- Preheat 350
- Wash peppers, cut in half, clean out seeds and remove green stem.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Drain can tuna, place in mixing bowl.
- Add all ingredients but swiss cheese.
- Mix
- Spoon mix into each pepper half and top with swiss cheese.
- Bake for 20 mins or golden
