Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Crostini

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Arrange the sliced baguette onto a baking sheet and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Place baking sheet into the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the bread is just slightly golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. Slice the tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Arrange the sliced tomatoes, burrata cheese and crostini pieces on a serving platter.
  7. Dust the tomatoes with salt and pepper and serve.
