Marinated Cold Bean Salad Recipe

• 1 can kidney beans
• 1 can green string beans
• 1 can wax beans
• 1 onion, minced
• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 2/3 c. vinegar
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Drain all the cans of beans, rinsing the kidney beans well; mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over beans.
2. This is best marinated for 24 hrs.
3. Stir occasionally.
4. Before serving, drain off most of the dressing.
5. Should be served cool.
