Spinach Salad
- 2 lbs spinach
- 2 cups water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 4 hard boild eggs, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced in rings
- 8 ounces bean sprouts
- 1 cup crouton
- 1 cup canola oil
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 12 cup catsup
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
- Combine all salad ingredients.
- Combine all dressing ingredients.
- Add croutons to salad when dressing.
- Use only amount of dressing needed when tossing salad together.
