Oh-My-Goodness Blueberry Goodness!
- 4 12 ounces blueberries (one small package)
- 2 teaspoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, divided
- 13 cup oatmeal
- 13 cup Bisquick
- 12 cup orange juice
- Use a small baking dish, or divide a pie pan in half with creative use of aluminum foil like I did (no small dishes available) ;).
- Rinse fresh blueberries and put in the bottom of the dish.
- I'm sure frozen would work as well.
- Sprinkle with half the brown sugar.
- Melt 1tsp butter in a bowl and mix in the oatmeal, bisquick, and remaining brown sugar.
- Spread the mixture over top of the blueberries.
- Drizzle the remaining butter over top, then pour the orange juice over all.
- Bake at 350 for about half an hour, until it's golden brown and smells so good you can't wait any longer.
- Let it sit to cool slightly.
- Serve while still warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if possible!
