Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake Recipe
- Yellow cake mix
- 11 ounce. mandarin oranges, undrained
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- Add in cake mix, oranges and juice, Large eggs and oil in mixing bowl.
- Beat 4 min.
- Makes 2 (9") layers or possibly 13"x9" pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- FROSTING: Mix pineapple and juice with instant pudding.
- Fold into Cold Whip.
- Frost cooled cake.
