Warm Winter Lemon Cake

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Prepare cake as directed on package.
  3. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Pour milk and water into a large bowl.
  6. Add dry pudding mixes and granulated sugar.
  7. Beat together for 2 minutes or until well blended.
  8. Pour over batter.
  9. Place baking dish on a baking sheet to catch any boil over.
  10. Bake 55 minutes to an hour or until wooden toothpick inserted into center of cake layer comes out clean.
  11. Cool 20 minutes (sauce will thicken slightly as it cools).
  12. Sprinkle with powedered sugar.
  13. Spoon into serving dishes to serve warm.
  14. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
