Bistro Bagel Cheeseburger
- 2 frozen BOCA Cheeseburger Veggie Burgers
- 1/3 cup red onion slices
- 2 tsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 portobello mushroom, sliced
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 sesame bagels (4 inch), split, toasted
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Cook cheeseburgers as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir onions in 1 tsp.
- oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender.
- Remove from skillet.
- Heat remaining oil in skillet.
- Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until tender and lightly browned, turning occasionally.
- Add onions and vinegar; mix lightly.
- Fill bagels with lettuce, cheeseburgers and mushroom mixture.
