Bistro Bagel Cheeseburger

  1. Cook cheeseburgers as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, cook and stir onions in 1 tsp.
  3. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Heat remaining oil in skillet.
  6. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min.
  7. or until tender and lightly browned, turning occasionally.
  8. Add onions and vinegar; mix lightly.
  9. Fill bagels with lettuce, cheeseburgers and mushroom mixture.
