Birthday Cake Recipe

• 4 x Large eggs
• 2 c. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla sugar
• 1 c. Orange juice
• 1 c. Oil
• 3 c. Flour
• 2 tsp Baking pwdr

1. Beat Large eggs with sugar and vanilla till light and lemon colored.
2. Add in juice, and oil, and then the dry ingredients one Tbsp.
3. at a time.
4. Beat well.
5. Variations:NUT CAKE: add in wine instead of the juice, add in one half c. minced nuts and 100 grams of grated bittersweet chocolate
6. MARBLE CAKE: Add in 2 Tbspn cocoa to 1/3 of the batter
7. SPICE CAKE: add in 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp, ginger and 1/2 tsp nutmeg
8. CHOCOLATE CAKE: add in 1/2 c. cocoa and you can switch thejuice with lowfat milk.
9. ORANGE CAKE: add in the grated peel of one orange.
10. Optionally, add in raisins.
11. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
